1 Premium indicates that Diamond Sponsors would be featured most prominently with both company name and logo in any newspaper advertising. Other sponsors would be listed by company name only, with the listing size appropriate to the sponsorship level.

 

2 Soundstage sponsor indicates that a Diamond or Platinum Sponsor would be featured most prominently with both company name and logo in color on the Kenbridge Community Center auditorium signage, emphasized in sponsor announcements at all performances given in the auditorium, and mentioned in any advance radio advertising of the event. Other sponsors receive no mention in radio advertising and would be listed by company name only on auditorium signage, with the listing size appropriate to the sponsorship level.

 

3 A Program pamphlet will be issued to each arriving attendee of the event. A Premium listing for Diamond or Platinum Sponsors will be featured the most prominently with company name and logo in color.  Other sponsors will be listed by company name only, with the listing size appropriate to the sponsorship level.

 

4 Banners/signage, featuring sponsors, will be displayed throughout Lunenburg County as approved and appropriate. Banners/signage will also be displayed on the event grounds.  A Premium listing for Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Sponsors will be the most prominent.

 

5 Each Sponsor level will have dedicated space for history, advertisement and photographs in the Centennial Book which will be published as a keepsake for the Town of Kenbridge Centennial Celebration, documenting 100 years as a town: 1908 – 2008.

 

6 T-shirts commemorative of the event will be displayed for sale at the event.  Sponsor ads will be printed on the shirts.  Diamond Sponsors will be featured most prominently, with both company name and logo.  Other levels will be listed by company name only, with listing size appropriate to the sponsorship level.

 

7 Reserved parking will be provided on paved lot near the Kenbridge Community Center for top 4 categories of Sponsorship.

 

 

Sponsors also have the option of funding entertainment costs. In return the sponsor’s name and company would be linked both verbally and in writing with the appearance of the sponsored entertainment act, e.g. The Clement Brothers Band is brought to you by Kenbridge Citizens’ Bank – This credit would be acknowledged in all advertising

Sponsored by the Lunenburg Charity Fund Inc., a tax-exempt, non-profit, charitable 501 (c)(3)

organization. Our purpose is to provide financial support to Lunenburg County , Virginia charitable organizations. Your tax deductible contributions and sponsorships are welcome.

Net proceeds will be donated to charity.
